      You get the full benefits of the Gold Ad, as well as our guarantee! Our Guaranteed Results ad is guaranteed to get 25 or more inquiries or 250 ad viewings. If you do not get 25 inquiries or 250 ad viewings from this ad, we will reduce the cost of your ad by $10.00 for each inquiry that your ad falls short of the 25 inquiries, or for each 10 viewings that your ad falls short, which ever is higher.

For Example:

• If you receive only 20 inquiries from, and 200 viewings of, your ad in a given month, we will reduce the cost of the ad to $249.00 for that month.
• If you receive only 10 inquiries and only 89 viewings, the cost would be reduced to $149.00.
• If you were to receive no inquiries at all and no viewings in a given month, then the cost would be reduced to $49.00.
• The $49.00 base is designed to help us cover our basic costs of promoting your apartments. We hope you understand and feel that this is a very fair and equitable pricing structure and system of promoting your apartments.

     All inquiries that you receive over that total over 25, or visits over 250 in a month are included in the cost of the Guaranteed Results ad so there are no additional charges for them. They will however be counted toward the following months totals. All invoices will clearly itemize the inquiries that have been received and duplicates will gladly be removed from the total.
